  Room was comfortable and had a good view. Hotel was very busy and the Guest Services Agent was amazingly helpful and patient. Unfortunately I do not remember her name but did tell her I had worked a desk and thought her professionalism was amazing. Stay was June 6 - we checked in around 6PM so please thank her again for us - you are very lucky to have her! Bonnie

  The bed was comfortable and room quiet.

  Musty small, and damp feeling. Needs improved de-humidification system. Could use an overall upgrading, does not look to have been updated since 1990, but not worn out.

  Very quiet, being set far back from the road. Comfortable bed, veryclean, friendly staff. Not "right downtown " where all the restaurants and shops are, but close enough to take a short bus ride. Also a short drive and not difficult to park.

  The "fitness center " was a disappointment. It's small which is OK, but at least two pieces of equipment were out of order. There were supposed to be showerrs but I couldn't find them. No place to put dirty towels, and no sanitizer to wipe down equipment

  No pool, apparently it closed. Building is old and needs to be updated. Bed sheets were wrinkled. Not worth the money.

  The bed was extra comfortable..Room spacious.overall we enjoyed our stay. Would rebook next time in Sherbrooke.

  This property is in dire need of a facelift. No complimentary breakfast which is becoming a given at many other chains.

  Very comfortable king size bed and linen. Bath robe provided. Qiet and efficient air conditioning . Many English and French TV channels. Good location on main street close to shops, businesses etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi.

  Staff was a great help and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

  Water in the bathroom sink took 5 mins. to warm up. The fan is under the sink so other than a loud noise it wasn't very useful. There should be shuttle service to the main mall as the hotel is on a hill and walking is difficult. The end bill came as quite the shock as there was over $100.00 of tax charged. I should have been told when I booked the hotel just how much the total would be.
